Adaptable to any Specialty
Private Practice Manager is not only a comprehensive practice management system but is also specialty specific to support detailed clinical data capture and reporting.
The system comes pre-loaded with thousands of clinical terms and titles and their respective codes.
By selecting the clinician’s specialty, the system automatically provides the user with the facility to capture detailed information against a patient record, this can be done by creating specialty specific templates, importing standard Word document templates or dictation.
Easy Administration with Total Access and Control
Documents, reports, letters and invoices are quick and easy to generate and retrieve.
Much of the information required on documents and correspondence is automatically pre-filled, speeding up their creation.
Retrieving information is a matter of a few mouse clicks and puts the user in complete control.
Complete Patient Records, Including Billing
Clinical, administrative and billing information is stored within each patient record.
The information is easy to enter and access and ensures a complete record is available at any time.
Secure, Internet-Based and Accessible From any Location
Private Practice Manager is Internet-based and can be accessed from any location in the world with Internet access.
Each user has their own system residing on a secure, hosted data centre with its own firewalls, back-ups and disaster recovery plans already in place.
Bluespier takes responsibility for those aspects of security for the user, enabling them to focus on dealing with patients.
Simple Process for Consistent Coding and Accurate Billing
Coding is pre-loaded and linked to specific clinical terms, surgery titles and patient appointment types, ensuring consistency.
The clinician need only focus on selecting the most appropriate clinical data relating to a patient and the coding is generated automatically for both the clinical record and billing.
The system offers an ‘override’ facility for codes to be edited or changed as required.
Enables Easy Self-Audit and Research
Capturing clinical outcomes is a simple process with hundreds of pre-loaded outcome scores and assessments available within the system and more being added upon user request.
Private Practice Manager has an easy to use yet sophisticated report writing tool that enables users to cross-reference and analyse any data entered into the system.
All reports can be exported to Excel for further analysis as required.
Private Practice Testimonial – April 2012 Survey
At Bluespier we are constantly striving to improve the quality of the products and service we provide. It is therefore helpful to receive feedback from our clients and we would like to thank those people who took the time to complete our survey about our Private Practice manager system in April 2012. We had an overall response rate of 23.7% from our users. Below is a summary of the feedback, both positive and areas where people feel we can improve.
This is what our clients took the time to say about us
Our team are friendly, polite and helpful. They respond quickly to enquiries and provide excellent technical support when it is needed. Over three quarters of the customers who responded told us that Bluespier supply excellent quality systems and they would be willing to recommend us to other medical practices.
We were complimented on our support, “Calm, friendly, professional service, nothing is too much trouble”. Specific comments were made about our system’s adaptability and the scope of information available “quick and easy to find the information you need”.
What did our team think of the results?
We were all proud of what our clients said about us; it was as important to us to be recognised not only for the excellence of our systems and technical support but also for our friendly and helpful service. We are always looking to improve our services, even though some of our clients took the time to say that there was no need for improvement.
What are we looking to change?
Our results were very positive, however, there are some areas where we are making improvements. These include some changes to areas of clinical content specific to particular users and the variety of training and support options we offer. We are adding more on-line tutorials available to all users, supporting different learning style preferences. We are adding practical workshops as well as continuing our telephone, e-mail and on-line tutorial remote support. During the workshops clients can share best practice with other users as well as learn more about the system directly from our expert support team.
We are actively reviewing the feedback and hope to address all of the issues raised relating to areas for improvement whilst also continuing to do what people say we are good at.
